Shipping Policy

All Items will be mailed from New Zealand within 2-5 business days of receiving full payment.

All items are sent via standard airmail with tracking.

I always ensure your crystal is thoroughly cleansed & carefully wrapped to ensure your package is very secure for shipping.

SHIPPING TIMES are approximate and will vary depending on your location.

INTERNATIONAL items can take approximately 12+ working days to arrive.

SHIPPING DELAYS are occurring due to the Pandemic and it is something that is beyond our control. I am truly grateful for your understanding and patience should this occur.

*INTERNATIONAL BUYERS, sometimes items are held in customs before being cleared and this may add two weeks or longer to your items being delivered. Please note, sometimes tracking information is not updated while items are in transit.

EXPRESS SHIPPING is available for an extra fee if you would like your package sooner, please contact me. ***Note, the express service is not available over the holiday season or when strict lockdowns are in place.

*PLEASE NOTE: Some countries have limited shipping options and only allow express shipping.
In that case, an extra shipping fee will be charged for customers in those countries. - I will contact you should this occur.

All SHIPPING FEES, DUTIES OR TAXES are the responsibility of the buyer. Radiant Spirit Heart is not responsible for any extra shipping costs incurred once items leave The Shop.

Radiant Spirit Heart is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If your package takes longer than you expected to be delivered make sure to contact me right away so I can help to pinpoint and resolve the issue. Once your package ships we no longer hold responsibility for its whereabouts or for any lost or damaged items.

Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address for your purchase. In the case that you did not list the correct shipping address and the item has been sent we do not accept any responsibility for this error.

Return & Exchange Policy

Due to the costs involved in running Radiant Spirit Heart, we have a no returns policy.

Please choose wisely. When Choosing your products from Radiant Spirit Heart we suggest relaxing and connecting to your Heart's Intuition to guide you to the right stone. We strongly suggest taking time to decide upon purchasing your item.

We welcome any questions about our products and can help you choose your item if you need some help.

CUSTOMERS IN THE EU: If you reside in the EU and purchase an item from Radiant Spirit Heart you have a 14-day window from the date you receive your purchase to return your order. In the case that you do request a refund, you must send the item back in its original condition and pay the shipping fees. Once the item is returned in its original condition you will receive a refund for your order within 14 days. If your item had free shipping there will still be a shipping fee deducted from your refund. By purchasing from radiant Spirit Heart Customers in the EU agree to these rules.
