A personal Note from Rochelle Martin, Founder of Radiant Spirit Heart Crystal Sanctuary
Each day, I have a routine of meditating with the Rays of God to support and protect my energy. One thing that I've learned as an empath (highly sensitive) is that not everything I feel is my energy. The density of the earth has increased since the pandemic and the need to cleanse, recharge and protect my energy has increased somewhat profoundly! I use the Rays of God to help me cleanse away negativity, protect and restore my energy. When my energy feels heavy, or I am feeling discouraged, I work with the First Ray of Will and Power. The Will & Power Ray is the Ray to go to when faced with adversity, as it helps us find our courage and faith. I love how this Ray helps strengthen my energy & gives me an encouraging boost.
As I learn to embody the Rays of God, I see how they assist me to handle stressful environments and situations more efficiently and keep myself going. Will and Power help's me stand in my power but in a peaceful way, it is the Will of God after all. I also Love the Pink Ray of Creative Intelligence, this is a great Ray to use to regenerate and restore my energy for it represents Divine Love, Compassion, Adoration of the self.
I use the Pink Ray energy when I either need to regenerate my energy or open my heart and feel compassion and self Love. As the pink Ray restores energy it opens the heart and helps me be centered & create better flow in my day.
Stress is something we all encounter each day and over time it does take its toll on the cellular structure, so using this Ray every day truly helps the recovery process. I have learned too, that while the Rays of God are powerful healing tools, and they help me go about my day less stressed, they also bring up elements to heal which can be uncomfortable. Being uncomfortable & feeling our deepest feelings is not always easy, but it's a big part of the healing process. To live in harmony means going into elements that are the complete opposite. But, that's where the Ray of Harmony and Balance comes into play for me. This Ray is Crystalline and brings purification and resurrection to help cleanse away those lower energies and find balance. Let's just say, I've used that Ray a lot more since the pandemic hit! Anyone can use the Rays of God, That's why they are infused in each of our Crystals!
